My house has a lot of glass railings and windows, which were very dirty from all of the rain we’ve had this winter. Flamingo was able to make them sparkling clean again! Unfortunately, I had to get my house tented three weeks later and the tenting company made a mess of my Front windows and railings. I called up the owner, Mohsen, and he was very responsive and offered to re clean my railings and windows at no charge!!! Now that is what I call great customer service! They responded promptly, came out the next day to provide a quote, and returned within a few days to complete the cleaning. The results were outstanding; everything looks like new! “My first experience with Moe, Jacob, Lovell, Lester and the guys at Flamingo Pro Window Washing; and in a nutshell the work was done with a lot of care. They treated it like it was their own. I saw them do some of the windows twice with two different reverse osmosis / deionized water filtered poles and then come back and scrub it with a pad and detergent and then come back another 2 or 3 times with the pure water. Some windows required five or more passes with detergent or coconut pads to be spotless - and they kept at it & did not stop short of making sure everything was completely clean. Every spot was attended to. Two or three times they asked me to look over the details as the work progressed - in case there was anything more they could do to perfect the work product. Then at the end a comprehensive walk through. Truly earned all 5 stars and if I could give them 6 - I would. Thank you to the entire team. All had great demeanors and a very customer satisfaction centric focus. When they came in doors they came prepared with shoe cover booties/ and they left the entire property in excellent condition. Don’t hesitate to give them a try ! Based on my experience -They are WELL WORTHY of ENTRUSTING with your PROFESSIONAL window cleaning needs.”

What I wish they would have done are the screens on the patio doors and reinstalled the security camera that was on the ground or at least told me it fell off. That is why I didn’t leave a tip. The solar panels had bee poop , the small waxy yellow dots one sees on the car windshield and outside of house windows. They were able to remove all of this from our solar panels and windows. After the job was done, we walked the property with them to verify the quality of the work. We were very pleased to have clear windows once more and the Kw output from the solar panels bumped up too!”
